Recruitment Marketing Specialist:
- Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. (daily start/end times can be slightly flexible)
- Be willing to be trained to serve as project leader for our internal referral program. As project leader, you would build relationships with key stakeholders throughout the company, conduct research of best practices, drive engagement, analyze referral reporting and work alongside a team to execute a communications plan with the goal of growing the total number of associate referrals.
- Manage a variety of recruitment-facing social media identities across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including creating/editing images and videos, as well as planning and posting content. Also, train fellow associates on how to better leverage social media for recruiting purposes.
- Collaborate with a team of associates to develop and execute communication plans to target specific recruitment audiences, including minorities, military veterans, females and high school students.
- Update content on AverittCareers.com and serve on a team with the objective of rebuilding the site to ensure maximum engagement.
- Plan, create and send strategic emails and text messages to recruits for high need positions or located in high need markets.
- Work directly with in-house graphic designers to create and update marketing materials.
- Research and facilitate testimonials and storytelling from successful referrers and leaders at locations who excel at associate referrals.
- Create and analyze reports and make corresponding recommendations on communication strategies and tactics.
- Manage ongoing advertising requests for high-need recruiting markets and positions.
- Facilitate day-to-day communication with site leadership, field recruiters, human resources, as well as Averitt's recruitment marketing agency.
- Create, update and monitor job postings for effectiveness and accuracy.

- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED. College degree and/or experience in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, English or human resources is preferred
