Driver Exception Specialist

You will collaborate with our drivers, customers, cargo claims team, and service center personnel to resolve issues with shipments. Driver Exception Specialist Job Description:
  • Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Answer incoming driver calls who have exceptions (an irregularity in packaging or damage) at time of city delivery
  • Assist drivers to notate accurate information on delivery receipts for claims liability
  • Make outbound calls to shippers when discrepancies occur
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Customer service training preferred
