About the role:
  • Acting as our customers' primary point-of-contact after hours and on weekends
  • This is a rotating 4 days on / 4 days off position working 6 p.m. - 6 a.m.
  • Use your excellent computer and communication skills to assist our customers with their shipment requests.
  • Trace shipments, collaborate with multiple departments, follow-up, troubleshoot and review service provided to our customers.
