Technical Support Specialist Job Description:
  • This position rotates shifts every month
  • Work week is Monday - Friday, regardless of shift, except for 3rd shift which works Sunday - Thursday
  • Work as an AS400 system operator and inbound call agent
  • Will be the first line of the IS department supporting all associates across the Averitt network
  • As a subset of the IS Department the job requires working with groups and individuals to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise
  • Outside of daily troubleshooting the job also requires routine monitoring and maintenance of operations on our systems and hardware
  • This position requires the ability to handle many complex issues at once, excellent time management skills are a must
