Join our team of Work Comp Adjuster and you will investigate, evaluate, and resolve worker compensation claims. Engaging your analytical skills to make decisions and bring claims to resolution. You'll need to think critically, solve problems, investigate, evaluate and resolve assigned claims to achieve appropriate outcomes in a timely manner.

About the position:

• Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
• Investigates and evaluates workers' compensation claims
• Assists injured associate with work comp claims, i.e., checks, medical or adjuster issues
• Works closely with Injured associate to assure they understand the complete process; receive the treatment needed, and return to full duty work
• Provides workers' compensation letter & packet to all injured associates
• Performs initial evaluations via recorded statements with injured associate and leadership
• Ensures appropriate paperwork for claim is completed and communicates with medical provider and leadership
• Maintains timely and detailed records of all claim activities
• Evaluates restrictions and need for referral to off-site modified duty work
• Will be trained to support the front reception desk for their breaks
• Will also be trained to support our work injury reporting phone line
