About the role:

• Monday - Friday; 4 p.m. - 12:30 a.m.
• Knowledge with all modes of transportation that allows the best solution to be presented to the customer
• LTL, Cargo Van, Straight Truck, Exclusive / 53 ft, Reefer, Flatbed, Specialized Equipment, Air
• Monitor movement of shipments for:
  • North America Truckload
  • Cross-Border
  • LTL Logistics
  • Intermodal
  • Expedited
  • International
  • On Tour Logistics
  • Billing shipments / Power Broker
• Maintain reliable communication with customers regarding any change to load as well as delivery confirmation
• Provide proper communication to Service Centers to protect on time delivery
• Constant Tracking/Tracing to ensure that all shipments pick up and deliver as expected
• Monitor transit of Less than truckload Linehaul moves
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must be highly detail-oriented and organized perfectionist who ensures that all aspects of the transportation solution run smoothly. Associates must be intelligent and able to learn quickly, pick up and store large quantities of information and are highly articulate
