After-Hours Accident Intake Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented After-Hours Accident Intake Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for accident reporting outside normal business hours. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring incidents are documented accurately, communicated promptly, and routed appropriately for follow-up and resolution.

About the Position:

  • Training Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Regular Schedule (upon completion of training): Monday - Friday; 12 p.m. - 9 p.m.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for after-hours accident reporting.
    • Answer incoming calls and gather detailed information regarding accidents and incidents.
    • Accurately document incident details while maintaining professionalism and empathy in urgent situations.
    • Communicate and coordinate with Field Operations and the Claims Team to ensure timely follow-up.
    • Route accident information to the appropriate parties to support efficient claims handling and resolution.
    • Exercise sound judgment when evaluating and escalating time-sensitive situations.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure all reporting requirements are completed.
    • May receive training to handle and process property-only claims.
    • Support additional accident intake and claims-related responsibilities as assigned.
