Our IT team is looking for a talented, driven, and customer-focused Tech Support Associate who will act as the first point of contact for technical support service requests. Our part-time Tech Support Associates spend their day fielding incoming calls from internal associates across our system. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, motivated by team success, and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while handling a high volume of requests.

About the position:

• Rotating weekend schedule with every 3rd week off.
• Two rotating 10-hour shifts:
  • Weekend 1: Saturday & Sunday day shifts
  • Weekend 2: Friday & Saturday night shifts
  • Weekend 3: Off
• 30-minute lunch and two 10-minute paid breaks per shift.
• Provide technical support via inbound phone calls to internal departments.
• Accountable for completing a checklist involving main systems IPLs (Initial Program Loads).
• Execute daily and weekly backups, conduct server reboots, and follow shift-specific checklists.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Current student seeking an IT degreepreferred
