In this role you will provide front-line support to our associates, taking detailed notes from the conversation and processing each call with urgency and calmness.

About the position:

• Monday - Friday; 9 a.m.- 6 p.m.
• The position's main focus is to answer our internal accident phone line
  • Taking initial vehicle incident calls
  • Setting up claims
  • Completing necessary steps based on the severity of the incident
• This position will also train to handle level one claims which will require to be handle in a timely & efficient manner.
• Using data and video taken from the drivers Smart Drive device for the investigation
