We're seeking an energetic North America Truckload Carrier Representative to act as liaison between our partner carriers, operations and customer service. You will strengthen relationships with our carriers while aiding our operations & customer service groups. In addition, you will be responsible for dispatching as well as meeting the service requirements of the customer.

About the position:

• Monday- Friday; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Responsible for building relationships with Partner Carriers to cover over-the-road freight
• Will be a part of a team that collaborates and finds capacity to cover shipments
• Track and trace shipments ensuring accountability of our Partner Carriers service and performance
• Working directly with the North America Truckload Customer Team
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-tasking ability is a must
• Organization and attention to detail is a plus
• Will gain knowledge of all equipment types within transportation
