We are seeking an Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our growing IT team. You will be responsible for supporting our associates by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, and network-connected devices. This role requires a solid understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking, along with a customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
About the position:
- Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Occasional off-hour or weekend work may be required based on operational needs
- Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, operating system, and connectivity issues
- Install, test, and deploy desktop computers, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues; perform minor repairs or coordinate equipment replacement
- Perform routine maintenance, hardware upgrades, and system updates to ensure optimal performance and equipment longevity
- Assist with inventory tracking, asset management, and lifecycle documentation for IT equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, resolutions, and internal IT procedures
- Collaborate with other IT team members, vendors, and external support partners as needed
- Provide end-user support in person, via phone, email, or ticketing systems, clearly guiding non-technical users through troubleshooting steps

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous IT or technical support experience preferred but not required
- General knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows and macOS preferred), and basic networking concepts
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy equipment and work in various physical positions as required
