As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be a key player in supporting both our customers and sales team, ensuring everything stays in motion and that our top-tier customers receive the best possible service.

Business Development Coordinator Job Description:

  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Remote eligible within 50 mile radius of Cookeville, TN
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide direct support to the sales team with sales reports, CRM management, sales leads, and customer/sales data analysis
    • Maintain and analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate-level customers
    • Communicate with customers to pursue new leads and additional business opportunities
    • Support shared customer processes, including onboarding and ongoing account needs
    • Prepare and manage reporting related to sales performance and customer activity
    • Collaborate closely with internal team members through clear written and verbal communication
    • Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity across systems
    • Utilize Microsoft tools, with a strong preference for Excel experience
