We're looking for a detail'oriented, customer'focused Expedited Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers move time'sensitive shipments by quoting, booking, and tracking freight from start to finish. You'll work with multiple transportation options, including ground and air, to make sure shipments arrive on time and customers receive great service.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
What You'll Do
- Plan and coordinate expedited shipments to ensure on'time delivery
- Provide quick and accurate quotes to customers
- Book, update, and track shipments across multiple transportation options
- Solve problems and adjust plans when needed
- Work in a fast'paced environment where priorities can change
- Communicate clearly with customers, drivers, partners, and team members
- Make decisions that support both customer needs and company goals
- Contribute to a supportive, team-based work environment
