As a Linehaul Coordinator with our Central Dispatch team, you'll play a vital role in managing and coordinating shuttle drivers to ensure the timely, safe, and efficient transport of freight across designated locations. Your expertise will be key in keeping operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our drivers, service centers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily shuttle operations: Manage drivers and loads within your assigned area to ensure prompt movement of freight.
• Support Averitt LTL system: Facilitate seamless load movement within our system.
• Collaborate with teams: Work closely with service centers, drivers, and customer service to address operational needs and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot Linehaul operations: Quickly address issues related to Linehaul, including mechanical breakdowns, weather disruptions, and other logistical challenges.
• Driver and load management: Oversee daily communication with drivers, including resolving driver logging issues and managing phone inquiries.
• Adapt to change: Adjust plans as needed to respond to unexpected circumstances, ensuring freight delivery remains on track.

• Post-training: a 3 on / 3 off nights rotation, working three 12-hour shifts followed by three days off 4 on / 4 off days rotation, working four 12-hour shifts followed by four days off.
• Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM until training is complete.
