As aPart-Time Operations Support Associate, you'll provide essential administrative support indispatchor on thedock, helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Hours: Monday - Friday 4:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Coordinating dispatch and load assignments on the dock
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Tracking and monitoring shipments for accuracy and timeliness
• Performing accurate and timely data entry
• Generating and completing required reports
• Maintaining consistent, reliable attendance
