About the position:
- Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Provide disposition on all shipments that have been refused/rejected at time of delivery (due to damage, a shortage, PO cancelled, wrong product, etc.)
- Disposition refers to obtaining written authorization from the customer on how to proceed regarding shipments that have been deemed undeliverable
- Request pictures and scan to imaging
- Provide requested feedback to our Prevention/ Claims team when necessary
- Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers
- Good communication skills
- Able to multi-task
- Customer service training preferred
