We're hiring an AI Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business teams and technology. You'll monitor system performance and data quality, gather detailed requirements, and support AI software implementation. You'll partner with teams to solve real business problems by implementing AI tools that enhance"not replace"human workflows. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical teams.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a required on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support business users in adopting AI implementations confidently
• Monitor AI system performance and data quality; troubleshoot and optimize with business partners
• Gather and analyze business requirements to shape actionable AI solutions
• Coordinate implementation with software developers, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure AI solutions align with governance, ethical standards, and data integrity
• Document processes, workflows, and system changes for scalability and compliance
• Support integration of AI tools into logistics and supply chain operations
• Guide teams through change management and promote responsible AI adoption
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours AI system support
• Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
