Contract Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing revisions to contract schedules, processing Non-Disclosure Agreements, and saving finalized contracts to our digital repository while maintaining physical files as needed. You will follow up on pending contracts, generate monthly reports, and manage the ContractMgr inbox to ensure requests are addressed promptly and deadlines are met. The ideal candidate is proactive, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of all contract-related processes.

Contract Coordinator Job Description:

  • Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Preparing contract revisions to schedules
  • Processing Non-Disclosure Agreements
  • Saving contracts to the repository and filing hard copies
  • Following up on pending contracts, including monthly reporting
  • Maintain ContractMgr inbox to keep requests moving to ensure deadlines are met
