We are looking for an organized Contract Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for drafting initial contracts, reviewing customer contracts for accuracy when they are returned, obtaining more information or signatures when required, and scanning and uploading contracts into our system. We rely on our Contract Coordinator to ensure our contracts are accurate and returned in a timely manner. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Contract Coordinator Job Description:
- Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Review, write, and negotiate all modes of transportation contracts (LTL, TL, SCS, Interline, Brokerage, etc)
- Publish revisions to contracts
- Learn and maintain executed contracts in central repository and bid management systems
- Satisfy due dates with internal and external customers
- Coordinate with Sales and Pricing to find solutions for contracts and negotiate final points of contention with customers, both written and verbal

- Previous contract experience preferred
