We're looking for a detail-oriented Accident Intake Coordinator to provide essential support by managing our internal accident phone line. You'll play a critical role by answering calls, documenting incidents, and processing each case with both urgency and professionalism.

About the Position:

• Shift: Monday - Friday; 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to calls on our internal accident phone line.
  • Take initial vehicle incident reports, documenting all details accurately.
  • Set up claims and complete necessary steps based on the severity of the incident.
  • Train to handle level one claims, ensuring they are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Use data and video from the Smart Drive device to aid in investigations and ensure accurate reporting.
