Business Development Associate Job Description:

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support to customers and the sales team by assisting with customer reports, analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Proactively manage relationships with our top-tier customers, including overseeing retail (MABD) shipments.
  • Collaborate with new customers, service centers, and corporate departments to successfully onboard or implement new clients.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports, presentations, and manage data.
  • Work closely with and support our sales team to meet customer needs and business goals.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills to help streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Be a positive team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
