About the Integrated After-Hours Coordinator Role:

  • Shift: Monday - Friday; 4:00 p.m. - 12:30 a.m.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Quote and secure integrated shipments in collaboration with customers, sales teams, and carriers.
    • Track and trace shipments to ensure timely deliveries across multiple modes of transportation.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, scheduling, and troubleshooting shipment issues.
    • Multitask in a fast-paced environment while working with a supportive team.
    • Communicate professionally with carriers and customers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
